The Sacred Invitation to my Signature Sessions (STARTING MAY 2026)
My practice is built around two offerings — The Recalibration Ritual and The Ceremony — designed for people who are ready to receive intentional, considered care. Not a service. A ritual. Not a transaction. A threshold.
I continue to offer abdominal therapy and prenatal and postpartum care as their own dedicated offerings — because that work deserves its own space and its own reverence.
Coming later 2026: Closing of the Bones — a traditional postpartum ceremony rooted in traditional wisdom across many cultures, honouring the profound transition of birth and supporting the body and spirit in its recovery.
I don’t believe you need to come every week. I believe you need to come when it counts — and when you do, I want you to leave different than you arrived.

Two hours | $222 + tax | Insurance receipt provided for 90 minutes of Massage Therapy ($175 + tax)
This is the session you already know, my signature session, now being named for what it actually is.
We begin with an intake — space for you to land and share what you’re carrying. Then a 15-minute Tune Up using tuning forks to harmonize your biofield before any hands-on work begins. From there, the bodywork — fascial release, techniques drawn from years of studying Ayurvedic, Thai, and traditional ancient medicine, and abdominal therapy to address what the body stores in its centre, completing with a rebozo wrapping and sound bath.
We close with tea, an integration plan, your Pocket Compass — a grounding conversation about what came up and where you’re headed.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I provide an insurance receipt following your session. Because portions of our time together fall outside of what is billable as Massage Therapy, your receipt will reflect 90 minutes of hands-on Massage Therapy — honouring the integrity of each element of our session and ensuring your receipt accurately reflects the insurable portion of your care.

For when you’re ready to go deeper.
We begin with an energetic cleanse using plants or sound bath to clear the field before we begin.
Then we sit together and talk — not about goals, but about vision. What are your values? Your pillars? Your North Star? We begin with your horizon — what this season of your life is asking of you, and what you’re building, becoming, moving toward.
From there, we explore the breathwork and mantras that feel most alive & aligned for your intentions — to anchor into the body, and let the mind soften. And then, the full bodywork, weaving in my crystal instruments, Tibetan bowl or Tuning Forks – the session is curated for you.
The next element, we anchor what has been awakened. Together we build Your Inner Compass, a blueprint. Not a list of things to do, but a real map — rooted in what came up in your body, what you shared at the opening, and the deeper questions worth sitting with. Actions, steps, direction. You leave with something tangible.
Each session finds its own order — the bodywork and blueprint arranged by what is present, what is ready, what is asking to be met.
An insurance receipt will be provided following your session, reflecting 120 minutes of hands-on Massage Therapy — the insurable portion of our time together, while still honouring the integrity of each element of our session and ensuring your receipt accurately reflects the insurable portion of your care.
The Ceremony is not for everyone – it is entered in mutual alignment, with intention.
This is a deep, intimate, and expansive container — and before we enter it together, I want to know you a little. Who you are, where you are in your journey, and what is calling you to this work right now.
To begin, reach out by email or DM. We’ll have a brief conversation first — and from there, if it feels aligned for both of us, I will send you your booking confirmation and deposit details.
A 60% deposit confirms your session. The remaining balance is due within 24 hours before we begin.
The Ceremony is not simply another service to be purchased through clicks — it is a space to be held. And I take the holding of that space seriously.
Why am I committed to sharing my work in this way?
Because I know what it is to be met.
I have been gifted many challenges along my own journey — and equally blessed with the angels who appeared along the path to guide me through them. Through bodywork, mentorship, conversation, held space, nourishing food, shared wisdom, and practice — I have been tended. Nurtured through my own unfolding, my own expansion, my own becoming.
That tending changed me. And it continues to.
As I evolve, this work flourishes into something truer — into the fullness of how I desire to show up, and what I know I am here to offer.

A 60% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your session and honour your commitment to this exchange. This can be completed easily and securely online.
The remaining balance is due within 24 hours before your session — by e-Transfer, cash, or online payment. Once your deposit is received, your session is confirmed and held for you.
This is how we enter the space together — with full presence, nothing left to handle, nothing left to decide. Just the work.
