My practice is built around two offerings — The Recalibration Ritual and The Ceremony — designed for people who are ready to receive intentional, considered care. Not a service. A ritual. Not a transaction. A threshold.
I continue to offer abdominal therapy and prenatal and postpartum care as their own dedicated offerings — because that work deserves its own space and its own reverence.
Coming soon: Closing of the Bones — a traditional postpartum ceremony rooted in traditional wisdom across many cultures, honouring the profound transition of birth and supporting the body and spirit in its recovery.
I don’t believe you need to come every week. I believe you need to come when it counts — and when you do, I want you to leave different than you arrived.

The Recalibration Ritual — $222 + tax
Two hours | Insurance receipt provided for 90 minutes of Massage Therapy ($175 + tax)
This is the session you already know, my signature session, now being named for what it actually is.
We begin with an intake — space for you to land and share what you’re carrying. Then a 15-minute Tune Up using tuning forks to open and settle your biofield before any hands-on work begins. From there, the bodywork — fascial release, techniques drawn from years of studying Ayurvedic, Thai, and traditional ancient medicine, and abdominal therapy to address what the body stores in its centre.
We close with tea, a homecare plan, and a mini blueprint — a grounding conversation about what came up and where you’re headed.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I provide an insurance receipt following your session. Because portions of our time together fall outside of what is billable as Massage Therapy, your receipt will reflect 90 minutes of hands-on Massage Therapy — honouring the integrity of each element of our session and ensuring your receipt accurately reflects the insurable portion of your care.
The Ceremony — from $350 + tax
Three to four hours | Insurance receipt provided for 120 minutes of Massage Therapy ($250 + tax)
For when you’re ready to go deeper.
We begin with a plant medicine cleanse to clear the energetic field before we begin. Then we sit together and talk — not about goals, but about vision. What does the next four to six months of your life look and feel like? What are you moving toward? From there, breathwork and mantras to drop you out of your head and into your body — and then the full bodywork.
At the close, we build your Blueprint together. Not a list of things to do, but a real map — rooted in what came up in your body, what you shared at the opening, and the deeper questions worth sitting with. Actions, steps, direction. You leave with something tangible.
