On presence, practice & the path that brought me here.
A path cultivated from the inside out.
A path of presence & becoming.
I am an adventurer. An artist. A healer. A lover of the Earth and an eternal student of life.
I believe we are all unique, beautifully fragile beings — living life in the best ways we know how, carrying dynamic and layered stories in our bodies and our hearts. This belief is the foundation of everything I do.
Our bodies are extraordinarily fascinating. When we maintain balance, they can do so much for us — and restoring that balance, returning the body to its most optimal state, has been the heart of my work since I began offering massage in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2013. Since November 2022, I have brought my life and my practice to Montréal, Québec, where I am now a proud member of the Regroupement des massothérapeutes du Québec (RMQ).
Twelve years of training and continuing education form the structure of this work. But the roots — the real roots — were planted much earlier, in loss, in healing, and in a decision to turn both into medicine for others.
Since losing my mother in 2000, I have been deeply inspired to focus my energy on helping others with their self-awareness and self-care — through a holistic, preventative approach that honours the whole person. Her passing changed how I see life, and it shaped the kind of practitioner I was determined to become. My own healing journey has taken me through many initiations of self-awareness and self-love, through the study of various healing modalities, and eventually into the realm of sound, vibration, and light — where I find myself more and more at home.
Every day I am learning more about life and about myself. I have had many guides and supportive people along my journey, and I hope to be the same for others. After all, we are all teachers and students for each other.
On practice, lineage & the art of showing up
My approach is holistic and intuitive — always looking to address the underlying causes of your current concerns rather than just the symptoms. My intention is to work with you, bringing more self-awareness to your daily life, enhancing body functionality, supporting injury prevention, and above all, cultivating long-term vitality.
For over 12 years I have studied and embodied a range of traditions that inform how I work — not as a menu of techniques, but as a language I’ve learned to speak through the body. I work with a range of pressure and specialise in myofascial release, deep tissue massage, chronic pain and patterns, joint and muscle restrictions, and reduced range of motion — restoring optimal, pain-free movement to bodies that have been holding on for too long.
My work is also deeply rooted in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Thai massage, and traditional ancient medicine from multiple lineages. I incorporate Biofield Tuning into my sessions — using tuning forks to open and recalibrate the energetic field before hands-on work begins. And I work with plant medicine as part of the ceremonial container I hold for deeper sessions.
I also specialise in abdominal therapy, drawing from Ayurvedic, TCM, Mexican, and Hawaiian traditions — because the abdomen is far more than a physical centre. It is where we store some of our deepest held experiences, and working with it with knowledge and care can be profoundly transformative.
My intention has always been to fuse my experiences in healing and the creative arts — because for me, they are not separate. They are what keep my soul dancing through life, and what inspire me to keep sharing, keep learning, keep growing.
Where presence meets practice
What I bring into a session isn’t just applying a technique or modality. It’s presence — real, embodied, undivided presence. The kind that doesn’t wander, that doesn’t clock-watch, that tunes into someone’s energy and stays there for the full arc of a session.
Presence is something I’ve spent over 12 years cultivating — not just in the treatment room, but in how I take care of myself outside of it. What I eat. How I rest. How I move. The work I do on my own body and nervous system so that when I show up for you, I’m actually here. Fully here. That is not something you can learn in a course. It comes from all the work a practitioner does on themselves — the curiosity, the self-care, the willingness to keep going deeper.
In a world that has been moving faster than our nervous systems can handle, I believe that quality of attention is one of the most healing gifts one person can offer another.
This is my Medicine. This is why I do this work.
My practice is built around two offerings — The Recalibration Ritual and The Ceremony — designed for people who are ready to receive intentional, considered care. Not a service. A ritual. Not a transaction. A threshold.
I continue to offer abdominal therapy and prenatal and postpartum care as their own dedicated offerings — because that work deserves its own space and its own reverence.
Coming soon: Closing of the Bones — a traditional postpartum ceremony rooted in traditional wisdom across many cultures, honouring the profound transition of birth and supporting the body and spirit in its recovery.
I don’t believe you need to come every week. I believe you need to come when it counts — and when you do, I want you to leave different than you arrived.
Thank you for visiting. I hope to be a part of your journey.
